He has completed his M.Com., MBA and LLM from different reputed universities and contributes continuously to the enhancement of capital market and financial sector of Bangladesh.

Mrs. Ferdoushi Begum, the Director of the board of Skyline Securities Ltd. is an entrepreneur and one of the shareholder of Skyline Securities Ltd. She completed her Master of Arts, from Jagannath University, Dhaka. She is an active supporter in streamlining the operation of the company.

Mr.Md. Saroar Hossain, the Director of the board of Skyline Securities Ltd. is an entrepreneur and one of the shareholder of Skyline Securities Ltd. He completed his M.Com degree from the Dhaka University. He also completed 1000 marks in Cost Management Accountancy in ICMAB. He is the entrepreneur of many businesses in different industry segments in Bangladesh.

Mr Towhidul Islam, the Director of the board of Skyline Securities Ltd. is an entrepreneur and one of the shareholder of Skyline Securities Ltd.
