It obtained the registration licenses to carry out its operation as Stock Broker and Stock Dealer from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and became a member of BSEC in the year 2004. The name of the company was changed from Bali Securities Ltd. to Skyline Securities Ltd. and ownership of the company was transferred to new management in the same year 2023. Skyline Securities Ltd. is a shareholder member of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC and is cataloged as TREC holder with TREC No. 153 of DSE. It is also a Depository Participant of Central Depository of Bangladesh (CDBL) and provides allied services under the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
